Left to mourn are: his wife Jean McGregor; children Brian Jr. Esquimaux, Mary Ann Fox (Greg), Eli Fox (Jennifer), Theodore McGregor (Cotee) and Joanie Anwhatin; grandchildren Michael, Skylier, Nicholas, Tia, Christian, Harmony, Syrena, Justin, Faith, Tecumseh, Nevada, Dakota and David; great-grandchild Chloe; parents Joyce Madahbee and Joseph Esquimaux; sisters Janet and Kelly (Glenn); sister and brother-in-law Julia Bowerman (Philip) and Conrad McGregor; nieces and nephews Erin, Logan, Regan, CJ, Hunter; and honour great-niece and -nephew Sydney and Kaiden. Brian loved his family and was very family-oriented. He loved hockey and driving his truck to come and see his Mom. He worked in Toronto for Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada, where he had many friends. Visitation was from 3:30 pm Saturday, February 25, 2017 at Aundeck Omni Kaning Community Centre until Funeral Mass at 11 am on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, Little Current.
