DONALD JOSEPH MELVIN GARBUTT  
November 30, 1944 – September 10, 2019   
In Loving Memory of Donald Joseph Melvin Garbutt, November 30, 1944 to September 10, 2019\. Donald Joseph Melvin Garbutt of Sheguiandah, Ontario, passed away peacefully at the Manitoulin Health Centre on September 10, 2019 at the age of 74 with his wife and daughter by his side. He is greatly missed by his beloved wife Suzanne Garbutt, his son Dennis Garbutt (wife Cathy), his daughter Donna (husband Nelson Starosta) and son Stanley Garbutt. Poppa was loved by his grandchildren Zachary (Jill) Armstrong, Josh Armstrong (special friend Bianca Pfeiffer), Jake Armstrong, Andrew Garbutt and Emma Garbutt. He will be missed by his chosen granddaughter Keisha. Predeceased by parents Marshal and Emma Garbutt. Missed by his sisters, in-laws, many cousins, relatives and many, many friends. Donnie was a man of many talents and always a man to make time for family and friends. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. As per Donnie’s wishes, a Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, September 21, 2019 from 2 pm until 4 pm at the Sheguiandah Seniors’ Hall.
