In loving memory of Gordon Allan Douglas who died suddenly at home on February 5, 2012\. He was the beloved husband of 42 years of Karen (Beneteau). He will be greatly missed by his two children Allan (wife Melanie) and Colleen (Steve Flannagan). Gord was the loving and cherished ‘Grandpa’ to Kurtis, Robert John (RJ), Elizabeth, Alec and Bryanna. Loving son of Robert (predeceased) and Molly Douglas (89 years) of Sudbury. Loving brother of Gerry (predeceased), Dorothy (Don Pogue), Heather (Brian England) and Debbie (Jeff Bell). Also survived by sisters-in-law Simone Beneteau (Brian predeceased) and Cathy Kennedy (Chris Martin). He was “Uncle Gord” to many nieces and nephews who shall miss his smiling face. With his wife Karen, Gord cherished summer days alongside the grandkids at their cottage at Mike’s Park in Kagawong. Resting at the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home in Sudbury.
