Kathleen passed away on Friday June 8, 2012 at the Manitoulin Health Centre. Beloved wife of Glen and cherished mother of Debra Bowerman (Jody McKie) of Peterborough, Del (Christine) of Halifax, Dan (Janice) of Sudbury, and Darren (Tara) of St. Thomas. Loved grandmother of Ryan, Ben, Danielle, Josh, Rebecca, Brooke, Morgan and Mark. Great-grandma “GG” of Danique. Sister of Roy (Doris) Bayer. Sister-in-law of Mamie Ann Bowerman and Doug McDermid. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brother Ralph. Visitation was 2 pm – 4 pm and 7 pm – 9 pm on Sunday, June 10, 2012 at Island Funeral Home. Funeral service was at 11 am on Monday, June 11, 2012 at Sheguiandah United Church followed by a luncheon at the Sheguiandah Seniors’ Centre. Burial in Elmview Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted with Island Funeral Home, Little Current.
