REGINALD DANIEL GILCHRIST  
September 7, 1944 – February 13, 2024  
Reginald Daniel Gilchrist passed away peacefully at the Mindemoya Hospital with his family by his side on February 13, 2024\. Reg is survived by Linda, his wife of 60 years; his children Daniel (Alexia) and Wendy (Wally); grandchildren Jesse, Morgen (David) Ceilidh and great-grandchildren Hunter, Mya, Michael and Anna Mae. Brother of Arden (Thelma both predeceased), Jean (Carl both predeceased), Sadie, Max ( Diane), Bob (Sharon), Mervin (predeceased) Patsy and Mark (Angel). Loved uncle of many nieces and nephews. Brother-in-law to George (Moira), Chickie (Vern), Kitten (Al) and Michelle (Robin). After retiring from auto mechanics, Reg enjoyed time on his farm. He loved all animals and wildlife, he enjoyed cutting wood and operating his sawmill. Reg loved hunting trips with his brothers Bob, Merv and cousin Les. Reg went on hunting adventures with his three buddies Roger, Jimmy and Murray. Good times with the Gilchrist cousins, lots of music and sharing of stories. Grandkids brought the biggest smiles and warmed his heart. Reg was blessed with great friends and neighbours that were always there to help him through his battle and struggles with cancer. The Celebration of Life is at the Providence Bay Hall on Monday, February 19, 2024 from 11 am to 2 pm. Memorial donations to Mindemoya Hospital Auxiliary would be greatly appreciated.
