ROBERT (BOB) MACDONALD  
April 29, 1954 – October 10, 2022  
In loving memory of Robert (Bob) MacDonald, who passed away at the Manitoulin Health Centre, Little Current on Monday, October 10, 2022 at the age of 68\. Loving husband of 45 years to Sharlene (Peltier) MacDonald. Beloved father of Justin (Jessica) MacDonald and Corey MacDonald. Proud Papa of Justina and Sylus MacDonald. Predeceased by his parents Glen and Phyllis MacDonald. Brother of Betty (George) Hudson and Duncan (Deb) MacDonald. Brother-in-law to Cindy (Kevin) Printup. Nephew of Mamie Ann Bowerman and uncle to many nieces and nephews. Bob was a member of Doric Lodge #455 and a volunteer firefighter for 35 years. He loved taking photos, volunteering, helping others and spending time with family and friends. Friends and family gathered at Island Funeral Home on Saturday, October 15, 2022 from 11 am until 1 pm. A funeral service was held at 1:30 pm. Donations can be made to the Cancer Society or the Canadian Cancer Society, 55 St. Clair Avenue West, Suite 500, Toronto, Ontario M4V 2Y7 in Bob’s name.
