# ROBERT “BOB” WILLIAM GELSTON

April 17, 1961 – April 26, 2014

Robert “Bob” William Gelston died peacefully at Health Sciences North, Sudbury on Saturday evening at the age of 53\. Beloved husband of Karen. Proud father of Anthony and Robert. Devoted grandfather of Benjamin. Dear brother of Linda (Rendell) McDonald. Loving son of Bernice and Reg (predeceased). Brother-in-law of Laura (John) Sheppard and John (Helen) Adams. He will be missed by his niece and spouse and nephew and spouse of Manitoulin Island, and his nieces of Scotland. Bob enjoyed outdoors, his vegetable garden and woodworking. His sons and grandson held a very special place in his heart. Visitation will be from 6 pm on Thursday, May 1, 2014 followed by Funeral Service at 7 pm (Rev. Faye Stevens officiating); all at Island Funeral Home. Burial in Hilly Grove Cemetery at a later date. Donations to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.
