### **July 22, 1965 - September 11, 2026**

Vera Paibomsai passed away peacefully at Health Sciences North, Sudbury, on Friday, September 11th, at 2:20 a.m. Reunited with the love of her life, Gary Walser. Beloved daughter of Simon and Margaret (nee Pakosigan) Paibomsai (both predeceased). Loving mother of Maxine (Stephan), Tim (predeceased), Alicia (predeceased), Ritchie and Victoria. Cherished grandma to Halle, Gage, Kierra, Aubrey, Ryker, Stefan, Samarah (predeceased), Steven Jr. and Saranden. Dear great-grandmother to Athena. Loving godmother to Darian (predeceased). Vera is survived by her siblings Jake (Rose), Marjorie (Leslie Baa), Mabel (Frank Baa) and Joseph. Loving auntie to numerous nieces and nephews, cherished by many cousins. Vera loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing and picking berries. She was a huge Toronto Maple Leafs fan. Her favourite thing to do was spend time with family and friends, laughing about adventures and old times. Friends and family gathered for visitation at the Whitefish River 91³ÉÈ˵¼º½ Community Centre, Birch Island, on Monday, September 14th, at 11:00 a.m. Funeral service took place on Wednesday, September 16th, at 11:00 a.m., also in the Community Centre. Interment followed in the Birch Island Cemetery, Old Village Rd., Birch Island. Arrangements by BOURCIER FUNERAL HOME, Ltd., Espanola.
