Douglas McDermid passed away peacefully at Mindemoya Hospital on March 15, 2014 after a lengthy battle with cancer. Douglas was predeceased by wife Phylma (nee Bowerman) and parents Myrtle and Niel. Also predeceased by brothers Gary and Jack (Audrey). He will be sadly missed his sisters Daurene (Wally Dembowski predeceased)

Started her spirit journey at her home on Monday March 10, 2014 at the age of 86. Born on April 26, 1927 in Sheguiandah. She attended the old school house in Sheguiandah and then on to Shingawak Residential School in Sault Ste. Marie, ON. Clara married Gabriel Paul Waindubence (Mizwanakwat)
