Chen Guan Ming, a Chinese farmer from the Tong Shan district of Xu Zhou City in eastern China, hauls his rickshaw up the grade on Highway 6 near 10-Mile Point last week. Mr. Ming is bringing his message of the Olympic Spirit and national pride to people across the planet, one pedal stroke at a time.
