CATCH OF THE HARBOUR DAY—Ten-year-old Jack Laporte-Alexander caught this large fish at the swimming pool fishing pond. The Gore Bay Fish and Game Club sponsored the event, with Meeker’s Aquaculture providing the fish and the Gore Bay Volunteer Fire Department providing the ‘swimming pool’ and water.
