AUNDECK OMNI KANING—Elders in Aundeck Omni Kaning (AOK) have received an upgraded place to call home. A year in the making, a safe, accessible and inviting space has officially opened for AOK elders.

“Everyone deserves a dream home; whether that’s a house or six units under one roof,” said Louie Zagordo, president of SLV Homes and lead in the construction of the new build.

“A lot of it came down to mobility and social vs. private,” said Mike Ladyx, principal architect of 3rd Line Studio and lead architect of AOK’s new elders’ residence.
