Hope that mutual respect between our countries that existed before Trump

To the Expositor:

We are again writing to The Expositor to offer our sincere apologies to our Canadian friends and neighbors for the childlike, dangerous and vindictive behavior of our president. 

While Canadian firefighters help fight our western wildfires our President foolishly blames Canada for its naturally occurring wildfires and threatens 50 percent tariffs as retaliation. 

Almost two-thirds of all Americans disapprove of his policies and even more disapprove of his behavior. We are proud Americans but are continuously shocked and embarrassed by our President’s behavior. We hope that the mutual respect between our countries that existed before Trump will return when he is gone.
