Charlie passed away at his home in Wikwemikong on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at the age of 83. Charlie was born to Charlie Thibeault and Annie Trudeau. He leaves behind his partner Rose Jesse Fox. He was the loving father of Keith Thibeault (predeceased), Leroy Thibeault (predeceased), Camilla Thibeault (predeceased) and Andy Thibeault. He is the beloved brother of Howard Patrick, Marion Pangowish, Shirley Davey (predeceased), Judy Jacko (predeceased), Dorothy Deecker (predeceased) and Kenneth Pangowish (predeceased). He is missed by many nieces, nephews cousins and friends. Charlie will be remembered by many good friends that have been there for him over the years. Family and friends gathered at St. Ignatius Church, Buzwah visitation on Saturday, March 7, 2026 from 4 pm. Funeral service was held on Monday, March 9, 2026 at 11 am. Burial to follow in the Wiikwemkoongsing Kaboni Cemetery.
