Coronavirus foils Manitoulin family’s plans to visit daughter-in-law’s parents in China

The Smith-Yang family’s planned recent trip back to visit her parents had to be cancelled due to concerns over the coronavirus outbreak. Even before the current health crisis, the family has been repeatedly refused visitor visas. (Last names come first in China.)
