Harvest Glory Days 2016 honours Silver Water, Manitowaning and Prov

Providence Bay’s evolving new Village Square, adjacent to the community hall and The Mutchmor and on the way to the beach, was the scene of much activity last week as a group involving members of the Spring Bay-Providence Bay Lions Club, municipal councillor Alex Baran and many other volunteers set out to decorate the new focal point in the fall harvest theme. The group planned to encourage people throughout the community to decorate their homes and businesses so that Providence Bay can be a contender in this year’s Harvest Glory Days friendly community decorating competition. This event is organized by The Expositor as a community service.
