Mary Lynn-McQuarrie named queen of the butter tarts

And the winner is! Mary-Lynn McQuarrie, left in photo, is presented the grand prize for being selected by judges as having the best butter tarts entered in a contest held at the Gordon/Barrie Island community complex, last Saturday. There were nine contestants in the contest, which was held as part of the annual pancake breakfast event organized by the local culture and recreation committee.
