MSS athletes post impressive results at provincial track, field championships

Deea Peltier a Grade 9 athlete at Wiikwemkoong High School competed in the novice girls’ OFSAA high jump at York University in Toronto. Deea placed first at NSSSA in Espanola and second place at NOSSA in Sault Ste Marie to qualify for the all-Ontario championship. Deea is committed, attending high jump practices after school. Deea, centre, is flanked by proud mom Tia and proud brother Lattrell.
