The Little Current Yacht Club is hosting the annual Dave Naples Hawberry Poker Run on August 1, featuring a 5-checkpoint small-boat poker game, barbecue, and charity support for the Lions Club.

The SCB Haweater Open returns to Little Current for Haweater Weekend, bringing a $19,000 first-place prize, an outdoor expo, and downtown weigh-ins.

Organized by 17 Lions members, the 57th annual Haweater Weekend in Little Current offers family activities, a new car show, boat races, and a bass tournament.
