鈥淚n the finals I had a fast break and scored a goal,鈥 said Brenden when contacted by The Expositor. The goal he scored occurred when his team was down 4-2 in the championship game, changing the momentum and leading to his Rockhounds team winning 6-4.
Sudbury defeated Cambridge in the championship game, a team they had played earlier in the season and lost to in the Hamilton Super Series. 鈥淒efinitely, it was nice to defeat them this time.鈥
