Wenda Brownlee of Little Current and formerly of Palmerston passed away peacefully at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 in her 72nd year. Dear mother of Vicky and her husband Larry Lacroix of Palmerston, Robin Hedge and her husband John McLennan of Guelph, Shawn Hedge and his wife Tracy of Palmerston, Tania Hedge and Jim Scott of Lindsay, Maggie and her husband Dean Campbell of Cambridge, Chad Hedge of Ottawa, and Jason Hedge of Palmerston. Cherished grandmother of 16 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Sister of Carolyn Brownlee of Ottawa. Predeceased by one daughter in infancy (1981), daughter Audra Hedge (1991) and two granddaughters Sadia Khan (1991) and Gabriella Campbell (2007). To honour Wenda’s wishes cremation has taken place, and donations can be made in Wenda’s name to the Northern Children in Care (Charity #118852250RR0001).
