Manitoulin golfers dominated the 2026 Northeastern Junior Golf Tour. Rylan Carrick, Noah Thorpe, and Amy Smith now head to the Ontario Summer Games to conclude their successful youth careers.

MANITOULIN鈥擬anitoulin Island kids cleaned up on the 2026 Northeastern Junior Golf Tour.
Rylan Carrick was the male U19 Tour Order of Merit champion, Noah Thorpe won the male 2026 U19 Tour Championship, while Amy Smith was both the 2026 U19 Tour Order of Merit Runner-up and Tour Championship runner-up in the female division.
鈥淩ylan won the boys U19 Order of Merit which signifies his claiming the most number of points over the season (315) (with points accumulated by each golfer depending on where they placed in each tournament),鈥 said Dan Smith, a director, officer and volunteer on the NJGT.
