The annual NEMI Soccer tournament was held Saturday, May 23 under a chilly grey sky at Low Island Park, but that didn鈥檛 stop the over 300 soccer stars from JK to Grade 8 from giving it their all. Teams from Little Current, Wiikwemkoong and Gore Bay attended the tournament with an impressive 32 teams. The Little Current Lions Club provided a tasty barbecue for spectators and players alike, with the Lions donating a free lunch to every player.
