MANITOWANING鈥擳he Assiginack Curling Club held its annual Memorial Golf Tournament August 15.
鈥淲e had a total of 30 teams in men鈥檚, mixed and ladies鈥 divisions in the four-person scramble format,鈥 stated Joe Cooper, of the Assiginack Curling Club.
The men鈥檚 championship team included Ryan Lewis, David Paille, CJ Newbury and Pierre Trudeau. The winning team posted a 15 under par score (57) in the 18-hole tournament.
The winning mixed division team included Kennedy Lanktree, Devin Lockeyer, Al Lanktree and Kyra Lanktree, which posted a score of 11 under par.
Amy Wright, Amy Smith, Laurie Beaudin and Sherri Marois made up the winning ladies鈥 team, which posted a winning score of four under par.
