JOHN ANDREW MOOTE
Passed away at Southlake Hospital on November 8, 2016. He was in his 82nd year of life. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Rosalie; his five children Chris (Linda), Cindy (Paul), Jane (Kathleen), David (Brenda), and Shawn (Yasuko); his eight grandchildren Terry, Kristin, Mike, Michelle, Daniel, Laura, Kento and Karen; and his six great-granddaughters Savannah, Kaitlyn, Olivia, Annalee, Riley, and Jersey. John resided in South Baymouth, where he was employed with the ferry service and also ran a family business. 聽He often reflected on the special people he got to know over the years and he held his memories of Manitoulin Island close to his heart. A celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, November 27th from 12:00 to 3:00pm at Cedarvale Lodge located at 121 Morton Avenue in Keswick.
