Lynda Alice Owl of St. Paul Minnesota, formerly of Sagamok, passed away at the Espanola General Hospital on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at the age of 64 years. Dear daughter of Virginia Corbiere of M鈥機higeeng, Ontario and the late Joseph Corbiere. Dear partner of Charles Abitong of Sagamok. Loving mother of Ronald Owl (partner Martina Nootchtai) of Sagamok, Theresa Abitong (partner John) of St. Paul Minnesota and Justin Abitong (partner Lindsey) of Sagamok. Will be sadly missed by grandchildren Kaylin, Laura, Jayden, Neko, Antonio, Alayah, Justin Jr., McKayla and Deondre. Very dear sister of Audrey Roy, Susan Corbiere, Lloyd Corbiere, Michael Corbiere (wife Penny), and Joseph Corbiere (partner Mandy) all of M鈥機higeeng, Jackie Mynott (husband Phil) of Kitchener, British Columbia and the late Justin Corbiere and Norma Jean Corbiere. Friends called at the New Community Centre, Sagamok on Thursday, November 3, 2016 from 1 pm. Funeral Service was held at the New Community Centre, Sagamok on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at 2 pm followed by cremation. Arrangements by Bourcier Funeral Home Ltd., Espanola.
