Little Current United Church is holding a vacation camp by donation car wash fundraiser on . On Saturday,  come on out and shop for a good cause! Or, sell from the trunk of your vehicle in the Little Current United Church parking lot. This fundraising day will help keep the church and hall subsidized for the many groups who use it from dance classes to PRIDE cookout to worship gatherings to food pantry. If you have only a few items to sell, drop by July 4 and donate them. We'll sell them for you. Email [email protected] with questions. Last chance! The 47th annual La Cloche Art Show juried exhibition and sale began . This year鈥檚 show is featuring distinguished artist Robert Potvin. Admission is free for the event which will take place from 11 am to 5 pm daily at the Whitefish Falls Community Centre.

The Gore Bay Museum is excited to welcome 鈥楬eartfelt Heritage 鈥 Manitoulin Roots,鈥 an art exhibition by Canadian artist Christie (Best) Pearson Anderson of Christies Art at the Gore Bay Museum, 12 Dawson St, Gore Bay. Come enjoy a beautiful collection of paintings and drawings inspired by Manitoulin roots and heritage. The exhibition will continue throughout the summer until August 29.

A 鈥楲ittle Bit of Whealism鈥 Art Exhibition runs until July 17 at the Gore Bay Harbour Centre Studio 6. 40 Water Street. The show features small works of nearly 40 local artists and the exhibition is billed as 鈥淎 loving tribute to Manitoulin Island鈥檚 art mentor Ivan Wheale.鈥

Located at the Mindemoya Ballfields (6032 ON-542), this multi-day festival continues the long-weekend celebration with food and drink, three professional national ribbers, an array of food trucks, and a licenced beer tent operating all weekend long. Live Music with featured headliners that include the Green River Revival (CCR Tribute band) and Beautiful Crazy (Luke Combs Tribute band). The traditional multi-vehicle Homecoming Parade moves through downtown Mindemoya, complemented by local children's events and soapbox races. The weekend wraps up on Sunday, July 5 with the multi-sport Mindemoya Classic Triathlon (encompassing running, paddling and cycling events).
