Volunteers make for a healthy community
MELDRUM BAY—In many ways, volunteers help make a community an active, healthy place to live.
“I have found, over the years, that if you volunteer and help the community, and others do the same, you have a very healthy, active community,” stated Wendy Van Every, a Meldrum Bay resident. “I really like living in Meldrum Bay; it is a great place to live and a great community to be part of.”
“I grew up in the Ottawa Valley,” Ms. Van Every told The Expositor. “I attended Guelph University, where I met John Van Every, my husband.”
